A Skill Development Certification Convocation was organized on 27th Nov 2024 and certificates were distributed to the MBA students who had completed “Business Analytics” & “Entrepreneurship” courses.
The programme commenced with Qirath by our MBA student, Arafath Khan. Dr. B. A. Anuradha, Principal welcomed & introduced the guests and emphasized the importance of adopting latest tools and technical strategies to guide our students professionally. In this regard MOU’s were inked with Vision Digital India, Knowledge Delivery partner for IBM & Monk’s Learning Lab for “Business Analytics” & “Entrepreneurship” Certificate courses for our MBA students.
Mr.Zubair Anwar, Hon. Secretary, Al-Ameen Educational Society, Bangalore presided over the function. Dr. Hari Krishna Maram, Chairman, Vision Digital India was the Chief Guest while Mr. Durai Kandasamy MD of Neotouch India Pvt., Ltd., a successful Entrepreneur & author of upcoming books on Entrepreneurship, Health etc; and Dr. Preeti Adhav, Founder-CEO, Monk’s Learning Lab were the Guests of Honour.
The Chief Guest, Dr. Hari Krishna Maram said that the future of India is through growth. Since India is the fastest growing economy, educational institutions can contribute to the global economy through technological advancement & creating an ecosystem where small innovations can bring about large number of jobs. This can be achieved by building skills for the future.
On the occasion, the Guest of Honour, Mr. Durai Kandasamy said that its time for Indians to be global leaders and advised the students to never underestimate the power of one thought, and the mantra for success is determination, dedication, discipline, sincerity, goal setting & consistency. He gave the example of our Founder, Late Dr. Mumtaz Ahmed Khan whose dream idea had today taken Al-Ameen to such heights. He said that he believed that when it is possible for someone else, it is possible for us.
Dr. Preeti Adhav, Guests of Honour said that completing a course is just the beginning of a new career. She asked the students to continue their pursuit, since continuous & consistent journey is important to create more avenues & that’s what Entrepreneurial Journey is all about. She was all praises for 5 MBA teams who had great innovative venture ideas & has potential for becoming a start-up. She said that Persistence & Perseverance is the Key and advised the students to take advantage of the vast global markets.
Ms.Heba & Mr.Mohammed Fahim, MBA students gave feedback on the certification courses and conveyed on behalf of all the students their gratitude to the Management & the Principal for such an initiative.
Mr. Bilal Ahmed Khan, Life Member of Al-Ameen Educational Society & grandson of our Founder, Late Dr. Mumtaz Ahmed Khan spoke about the potential that India holds to become a leader in many areas through hard work & implementing innovative ideas. He said that it is these value added Certification Courses that makes students stand out from the rest not just in terms of gaining knowledge & skills but as a worthwhile investment because of the many advantages they can provide throughout ones career. He said that one needs to adopt a passion for learning & growth because that’s what will keep one going.
