A Personality Effectiveness and Grooming Workshop was organized by Right Side Stories in Partnership with Procter & Gamble (P&G) on 24th Mar 2025 at Al-Ameen Institute of Mangement Studies. The workshop provided an empowering experience designed to set students up for success both in the college and beyond, by building confidence, resilience & a positive mindset. The resource person was Ms.Ritika Thomas M, a Youth Wellbeing Trainer from Right Side Stories. Through simple and practical strategies Ms. Ritika guided the students to develop self-awareness and emotional wellbeing for personal growth which included tips to (a) manage stress (b) face an interview, (c) posture building, (d) body language (e) build professional bridges, along with strategies for communication & collaborations and how to be Your own BOSS.
