Graduation Day is a celebration of transition from being student to being a professional, spreading their wings and ready to fly. The enthusiasm and the festivity reflected the hard work, academic achievements and once in a life time event filled with emotions. MBA students sparkled in gowns & caps highlighting the celebratory mood and triumphs.
The MBA Graduation Day programme on 13th Dec 2025 commenced with the recitation of the Qirath by Dr. Mohammed Wajid, faculty.
The Principal, Dr. B. A. Anuradha welcomed the guest, students and parents and spoke about the achievements of the college. She emphasized that the selling proposition of Al-Ameen is “Values meet Excellence”. She advised the students to remember that “If you have food in your fridge, clothes on your body, a roof over your head, and a place to sleep; you are richer than 75 percent of people in the world. If you have money to spend as you wish, and the freedom to go anywhere you want you are among the top 18 percent of the world's wealthiest people. If you are alive today with more health than illness, you are more blessed than the million people who will not survive this week. If you can read and understand this message, you are more fortunate than the 3 billion people who cannot see, who cannot read and cannot access the knowledge and information that surrounds us. Life is not for complaining about pain and sorrows, it's about prioritizing the countless other reasons to be grateful and happy.” With these few tenets of wisdom, the Principal declared the MBA Graduation Day open.
The Chief Guest, Dr. Augustus G S Azariah, Regional Director, Kyndryl, India, Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa in his motivational address spoke about creativity & imagination being the key drivers of innovation. He said that AI and human values can do wonders & also challenge our ethics, so asked the students to use AI wisely. He talked about the core tenet of various philosophical teachings; & that compassionate hearts also understand human beings, since it is inherently linked to a deep & empathetic connection of the shared human experiences. His advice to the students was “Be careful of the narrative, since purpose is very important”; asked them to “find purpose, be grounded & trustworthy”; and to remember that gratitude is the greatest strength.
Mr. Umar Ismail Khan, Chairman, Al-Ameen Educational Society in his presidential address congratulated the students, parents and staff for achieving this milestone and great achievement of completing their post-graduation. He said, remember that hard work has brought you here and hard work is what is required in life to be an achiever. Strong Reputation is an invaluable asset, so build a good reputation, keep in mind that reputation precedes you. He said that the mantra to growth & success is regular prayer, respect to parents, patience and mostly blessing of your parents. He wished the MBA graduates all the best in life.
Dr. C. Manohar, Chairman, Indian Society for Training & Development, Bangalore Chapter, Guest of Honour said that today is not just a celebration but a symphony of achievements culminated by countless sacrifices, support & prayers of parents & teachers. He asked the students to cherish the bonds that they have build at Al-Ameen. He said that success calls for courage, agility and a sense of purpose along with the spirit of gratitude. Quoting Mahatma Gandhi he emphasized that the current actions, choices and efforts build the foundation for future outcomes.
Dr. Hari Krishan Maram, Chairman, Vision Digital India & AI Evangelist while congratulating the MBA graduates, spoke about the latest investment opportunities in India being 100 billion dollars, referring to the specific commitments made by foreign entities, signaling strong global confidence in the Indian economy and its growth potential. He said that AI will help all of us tremendously and so asked our students to successfully create new ideas, invest as entrepreneurs while ensuring proper innovation. He congratulated Al-Ameen Institute of Management Studies for offering various new age certification courses making sure that the students are future-ready. He hoped to see our students as future great leaders.
The Guest of Honour, Mr. Zubair Anwar, Hon. Secretary, Al-Ameen Educational Society in his address wished that students nurture trust by being reliable, hard working and engaged. This is the only way forward to future buildup ensuring successful careers & leadership roles. This he said is the fundamental of Business – to stay consistence, maintain focus, quality & a strong brand; for the harder one works, the harder one reaps. In academics, Al-Ameen has delved into the future making sure students achieve sustainable growth & development.

All the dignitaries present distributed the certificates to the students. Ms.Ananya Pratap, Ms.Anjum Ara & Ms.Nazath Jahan were declared as the Meritorious students; Mr. Abid Hasan, Mr. Anish Molani & Ms. Minhaj Sahar were declared as Outstanding student.
The Programme concluded with a vote of thanks by Dr. Rizwan Shariff, Vice Principal.
